Our Gold award Cave Matured Cheddar. Aged within the natural cave environment, our Cave Matured is our most popular and deliciously unique cheese. Smooth and creamy with a beautiful complexity of flavours, sharp ‘tang’ and lingering aftertaste. Our Vintage Cheddar is proof that you only get better with age. Matured for up to 18 months this is pure Cheddar heaven. Firm and crumbly with that bit of crunch we love so much. It’s flavours are strong and lingering. Also included are three of our favourite flavoured Cheddars; Chilli, Oak Smoked & Herbs & Garlic. These, together with the lovely Red Onion Marmalade Relish (310g Jar) and Stag Salt and Black Pepper Biscuits create a wonderful combination.
