Smooth and creamy with a beautiful complexity of flavours, sharp ‘tang’ and lingering aftertaste. Paired with our Oak smoked Cheddar – naturally cold smoked over oak chippings for 24 hours. This is a beautiful slow and gentle process giving a true smoked flavour. The burnt-umber colouration is naturally produced from the smoke.
