Buddha’s Hand is different from other citrus fruits because it usually has no pulp or juice in most of its varieties. It is mostly admired for its unusual shape and wonderful aroma, but it can also be consumed (often as a zest or flavoring) in desserts, savory dishes, and alcoholic drinks. The peel of immature fruits, sliced and dried, is also used as a tonic in traditional medicine. NOTE: Federal and state laws prohibit us from shipping citrus outside the state of Texas.
