American Plum Tree

This beautiful tree is a heavy bloomer. It tends to grow in bush form. You can prune it to grow as a single-trunk tree. It takes approximately five years before fruit forms. Fruit can be eaten fresh, but timing is crucial; the fruit is small (gumball-sized) and deep yellow/red when ripe. Wildlife love them.
