Our Three-Alarm salt is going to be hotter than hot, so use it sparingly! You can use it in cookies for a bit of heat, or on top of eggs as a finishing salt. It also works great as a popcorn topper for someone who likes their snacks on the spicy side! Our own recipe, blended with sea salt, dark chili powder, ground habanero, ghost pepper, and capsicum oleoresin.
