Jamaican curry has a sweet profile, rather than the spicy or tangy flavor of Indian curries. This blend provides a complex taste profile, as do most curry blends. It can be used on poultry and meat, and with rice or vegetables. Adding coconut milk can add a wonderful depth of flavor. Our own recipe, blended with coriander, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, mustard, and garlic.
